too expensive in shipping costs too long in delivery catalog too 'war'. no cars from the 50's. site not recommended for real enthusiasts.

After placing my order on the site, the processing took a long time... very long. I thought I had placed my order in a hurry. But once the order was processed, I'd like to point out that I got it 2 days later.

As already summarized above, the selection is very good, but this is offset by the sometimes much higher price than other well-known portals. I have my doubts about the existence of the A4 launch pad. No matter how hard I look at the plan, I can't see it.

Good for the product, true to the catalog image, not so good for the delivery time (product arrives from a warehouse and is shipped by the site (2 days lost at least) and finally, shipping costs of 5€ and change for a purchase of 289€ are petty. The order was placed on Jan. 13,2013 and it arrived on Jan. 29,2013-over 2 weeks for delivery is unacceptable. More importantly, the planes arrived at my home and now I have to pay shipping to send them to him. Very disappointing!

apart from the comment concerning the age precision, I found the service very good in terms of communication by e-mail for rectification or addition of information in the course of sending if there is a reception problem.

This one was ordered I believe on December 22 and after two letters of complaint on my part I only received it on January 10. I'm not complaining about the quality of your products, but your shipping service leaves a lot to be desired.

Slightly long order processing times. The fact that there is no stock and that orders are sent directly to the various suppliers has a lot to do with this. Otherwise, there's nothing to say, the products received are as ordered.

Well received the model only one small problem it misses ... the propeller !!!!! what compromises much the realization unless to canibalize another model to the propeller approaching .... dom

very slow shipping, slow customer service response time i thought the selection and pricing was pretty comparable, if not slightly lower than a few other places for the parts i was looking at. they also had the specific combination of parts, which i would have had to order from multiple places to get. but there was almost a full 3 weeks between ordering and delivery. while i was notified that the item was being prepared to ship, then another when it was just about to ship, then another when it did ship, i did not receive a single email answering my questions regarding the order. i might consider ordering again just for a second chance, but if shipping is the same speed, i'll go elsewhere for what i need...

The model car was delivered on time, but the color requested was wrong: we received a red car and had ordered a white one.

Not very good: I have several addresses registered with 1001 maquettes. I asked for delivery to my home address, but unfortunately the orders are systematically sent to my work address, even though I selected the right address when ordering (this has happened to me twice). I ordered several products indicated as available. Finally I received an e-mail telling me that one product was unavailable, but that the other 2 had been shipped anyway (so far, so good). Then I receive an email with a credit corresponding to the product that wasn't shipped. As I wanted this product, I ordered it on the site a few days later as it was available again. I ordered it but had to pay the shipping costs again. It's a pity when they could have sent it to me separately at no extra cost, as they do.

The product fully corresponds to the description so I am absolutely satisfied. But the shipping time was a disaster: order processed on 18.12.2012 order processed on 21.12.2012 handover to shipping company confirmed by email on 24.12.2012 from DHL confirmation of collection delivered here on 04.01.2013. So the parcel was on its way from France to me for 14 days, of which it spent 10 days in the parcel center in Belgium alone. I understand that Christmas and the turn of the year are hot shipping times, but 10 days without any movement in a parcel center is a bit much. The statement in the email said that delivery would take place in 6 to 9 days. That didn't work out at all. MfG Uwe Clausen

high-quality, well-packaged models

No worries from 1001maquettes' point of view, the parcel is in perfect condition and the delivery times were correct for the Christmas period. However, the Colissimo clowns gave the parcel to one of my neighbors, even though the post office is only 20 metres from my home, without asking me for the person's identity or giving him mine... It's really irresponsible behavior knowing that I was in a hurry to offer this parcel.... In short, no hard feelings, but your managers should have a little chat with the Post Office or their president.

Product was correct but shipping was SLOW I ordered a model kit and it took over two weeks for it to leave their warehouse. The transit time was not the issue it was how long it took for them to deliver it to the carrier. No explanation as to why, not too impressed!
