How long does it take? It took 22 days for me to receive the order. I would say the communication about the status of my order was sketchy at best,. Links provided in their emails took me to the French language version of the site, and even their communication to leave feedback was in French. Item was packaged very well. Not sure I would order from them again.

As for the parcel (which I had the misfortune to request in eco) it took over 15 days to arrive. So a word of advice to those who want to receive their Christmas presents on time: pay more for postage and take 48-hour delivery, or plan ahead and buy for next Christmas lol. The package was well packed in a sturdy cardboard box and the items were not damaged as is often the case with the post office. On the positive side, the parcel arrived without damage. On the negative side, I looked puzzled at the delivery when I had to pay the courier from the post office CHF 28 for customs clearance.
