First of all, contrary to what I had read, this company is not a scam. I had placed a large order and everything was delivered. The only problem is that they are restructuring and response times are longer due to a telephone standard being completely reorganized. But if you contact by email, you get responses and proper follow-up. They exchanged a box for me that the producer was taking an infinite time to provide.
