I'm very disappointed with the manufacturer, Mantua, of the Kon Tiki raft model, because the assembly instructions are so inadequate. The instructions provided lack far too many details and precisions for optimal construction. I therefore blame 1001 Hobbies for failing to ensure the quality of the product it sells. Pascal VERROLLES

I ordered the incorrect product and the address they had on file was not correct as I moved and didn't provide the updated info They ended up sending me another correct product and didn't charge me for it!! That is almost unheard of and shows great service. While I look for items here in the US I will contact 1001 Modelkits first before anyone else. Awesome service
