Begin maart een bouwdoos besteld. Ik kreeg geen mail dat de bestelling rond was. Alleen op de site zag ik dat de transactie geslaagd was. Na 3 weken heb ik ze gemaild met de vraag waar het bleef. Vervolgens 5 dagen later antwoord gehad waar ik helemaal niks mee kon. Daarna nog 3x contact gezocht via de mail (want het buitenlandse nummer op de site doet het natuurlijk niet...) Geen reactie. Ik wil gewoon mijn geld terug en ik bestel hier NOOIT MEER. En als ik u was zou ik dat ook niet doen. Oplichters!

I just received my order today, dated April 4th, so I'm not satisfied! Nothing wrong with the paints. But the transport needs to be reviewed! I know right now that .....Covid 19! But don't say I'll be delivered within 3 days. Take precautions. Thanks and see you soon. G.
