I asked a question about order tracking and all the products were in stock at the time of my order (order 2603) normally my order should have been shipped within 48h00 max knowing that all the products were in stock but the order only left on 3003 and when I asked I was told that some products were not in stock when all is oki better to say not had time to ship it than to look for lame excuses (proof to support a print screen specifying all the products

Ordered 17 packs of card dividers in various colours left 4 packs out as stated out of stock on site. A while after ordering was notified they had to get stock in even though it stated in-stock and i refreshed up until purchasing and you cannot purchase if out of stock. Items came 2 1/2 weeks later in oversized box with an invoice thats in French. Postage was way overpriced at over �7. Product was as described which is the only plus.

Hello. Preparation impeccable packaging. Shipped the next day, so perfect, but I'm disappointed with the delivery time at the Relai colis. Almost a week! I followed the delivery steps every day and there were several days where nothing happened. When you're selling on the internet, I think speed of delivery is a must.
