Very long delivery time.

This is the first time I have purchased … This is the first time I have purchased from this company after I had ordered my goods I looked at some of the less favourable reviews about delivery and the wrong goods being sent As the time went on I got nervous about my goods turning up and sent them a stiff email then the next day my goods turned up well packaged and as ordered it took a week from start to finish that for me is to long especially as all the kits I ordered were tagged as shipped in 24 hours in stock so I might use them in future if they have a kit I can't find at my usual model dealers on line but at least these companies you order one day and you get it the next but as I say the goods did arive in the end.

the internal product tracking is peculiar no initiative concerning large orders and therefore a product is missing you have to send several emails so that you propose a credit for the missing product and send the order on time instead of a shipment under 24h to 48h for me it took 16 days is what is a pity. otherwise excellent quality pro

Very good parcel tracking. We are informed by e-mail during all stages of delivery. However, there was a slight delay at customs because there was no invoice on the outside of the parcel. I recommend this site without hesitation.
