In principle, a decent and reputable retailer. The first order was a bit bumpy as one item was no longer available and the voucher granted for it did not work at first. The customer service is apparently based in France and the German is not perfect but you are kept well informed. You receive a shipping notification for the ordered goods, which arrive a few days later depending on which warehouse they were sent from. All good so far. But beware: always pay attention to the prices and compare them.
