a slight lack of communication which caused a 2 week delay in delivery (for material supposedly in stock) but this improved afterwards and a good commercial reflex because I was able to have free shipping on the following order good site well stocked nice team I will recommend

I am very dissatisfied. For a payment on 19.02 and a parcel announced on my account as dispatched on 28.02 (it's not those 8 days that I have a problem with) on 09.03 I still have nothing, not even a tracking number. I've had no reply to my two e-mails. Finally this morning I reach ""customer service"" through the chat which tells me that they will ""investigate"" and send me an e-mail but still nothing. Delivery times are not respected at all and they don't seem to care. In the meantime, my son's birthday went well. And to think I was planning other orders. Very dissatisfied. Update on 22.03.20""1001 Maquette"" sent me another order (the first was""lost"") with a commercial gesture: a few more colors. This second order reached me very quickly (yesterday) and the contents are in order. So I've raised my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. Conclusion: I'm going to try an order again in the next few weeks and months, hoping it goes well from the start.
