it is ok I am really missing some models from you,especially Bristol Britania in CSA colors and Convair 990.No message about it etc.In some models is pure description about them perhaps TU-124.It is really buying like blind.I must remodell this kit.Anyway,thank you for this as well.

The package arrived a little later than stated on the website with regard to the time frame for processing the request. However they kept in constant contact to notify me of the minor mishap as well as all other fulfillment (accepting request preparing package and shipping). The shipment then once it left was very fast.

Yes, everything was almost perfect, the parcel was nice and efficient, the box arrived in good condition and everything was as ordered inside, but it took 8 days for the parcel to be posted. This is a point for improvement. Otherwise everything was fine.

[UPDATE]: Order paid but not taken into account: I had to send an email for my order to be taken into account even though my account had been debited. Then, although the order was sent, I never received it. Despite numerous emails, no solution was found. The company offered me a 20€ gift voucher to compensate me for a 65€ order that I will never see (is this a joke?).
