Never had a bad surprise with this site. Good choice, especially for aircraft models on 148 readable site pages (although some items have no sample photos). Correct prices. In short, a serious site with which I've become accustomed.

good communication but very slow sending my order out Ordering was fine with no issues. Being in New Zealand I expect it to take a week or two for items to arrive but Payment was accepted on the 8th and I got an email on the 21st to say my item had only just been shipped. It was only one set of decals, what was the hold up? Apart from the delay in postage though I would use them again.

A Rocky start but they delivered the product! One thing I am not used to is a vendor who charges a CC before they ship! This is not the norm here in the US! I ordered a brand new armor kit which they indicated they had in stock but they really did not! It took them 3 weeks, but they did ship the kit and it was received in good condition. Will I order from them again? Yes, but I will inquire about availability first, rather than rely on what is posted on the site. They have a tremendous selection of kits and I believe there heart is in the right place but they do need to pay more attention to updating stock level information on the site.

Good site where to buy all kinds of collectible models however there are many things to improve among many the authentication of the 'account. I got a head start on Christmas and my father wanted a new model. Well it's done, the service is impeccable and the speed of processing the order quite acceptable. It took two weeks from the time the order was placed to receipt, which for me is normal. I would also like to underline the excellent follow-up by the site coordinators. The big plus: the search engine: you can search for the model you need by scale, type of model (vehicle, civilian military aircraft, etc.), country, etc. Slight disadvantage compared with competitors: the price, which is systematically a few euros higher for exactly the same model.
