A little low to ship, no contact with client, merchandise pristine Since my order was shipped almost 15 days after i order and in those days i receive no mail or status of my order, i was afraid i lost my money since info says they're in Arkansas. July 5, status says Order in progress (the items will in our facility in 5-6 days) I order July 3, order arrive July 27. But the order arrive pristine, good package. The package is neat a little long to leave but clean and the products are quite well protected

A small error concerning delivery times: items shown as being in stock on the site require a few days before dispatch (order relayed to the supplier). The only drawback is that, despite the rigid cardboard packaging, the box containing my model arrived dented and therefore damaged at two corners, which is a bit messy for a gift. I ordered a birthday present and my request not to include an invoice with the package was answered and complied with. The model arrived safely after 10 days from France. I would have liked a slightly faster delivery. It is somewhat irritating that the store has both a German and a French site and the status mails are primarily in the correct language but occasionally in French. It was particularly irritating when you ended up in the French store after paying by credit card. But all in all, the order went very well.

I have had no problems to date. The waiting time is satisfactory despite the 11,000 km between mainland France and La Reu.
