Fast delivery. Item as described. There was a thick layer of dust on the packaging. Once with the Swiffer over it, then it no longer looks like a storage keeper.

Delivery on time. Possibility of tracking. goods arrived undamaged. Packaging to be improved. The boxes of the kits are poorly "protected" inside the package. Other online model stores ship in sturdier boxes and place material inside the box containing the kits that protects the contents.

nothing to complain about except that I was originally charged delivery costs even though I had taken the premium card and my purchase was over 99 euros, but everything was resolved with a later refund, resulting in 80% satisfaction.

The services linked to the starter kit really need to be reviewed: I didn't get the right paints despite receiving an e-mail. If a model requires forests: highlight this information.

The material I received was high quality, but not what I expected. The website needs some work and does not give any details regarding the product and the construction. I was expecting something akin to CubicFun models, no glue, heavy cardboard, snap together, but this is sheets of paper you have to carefully cut yourself and then glue together.

Fine webshop that can supply a lot of nice modeling products and accessories. Also, the price is good in my opinion and the stock status and delivery time is accurate and transparent. Also I really like their website navigation and search. Only thing I would like to see more extensive is the information about the plastic building model itself. It lacks useful information about the model, not about the aircraft type itself. But about how the building model is. I will definitely order here more often!
