Already had problems with the site once, the last order went smoothly for the most part, but what definitely needs to be improved is the communication for pre-order items. Last time the pre-order was not displayed, this time it was postponed without feedback. The postponement is not the problem, but the lack of notification that items will now arrive a month later. Only four out of five stars because the prices are comparatively much higher than elsewhere. Everything else is fine. I have now received two of three delayed orders. The longer delivery times for the majority of items that are apparently not in stock are already pointed out when ordering. So nothing is promised that cannot be kept. The order and delivery history can be viewed on the website and the contact regarding two questions was friendly and direct. So if you have patience and don't necessarily look at every euro, this is a good place to order.
