First of all, contrary to what I had read, this company is not a scam. I had placed a large order and everything was delivered. The only problem is that they are restructuring and response times are longer due to a telephone standard being completely reorganized. But if you contact by email, you get responses and proper follow-up. They exchanged a box for me that the producer was taking an infinite time to provide. I give 4 stars for the absent telephone standard for now.

Package shipped quickly, correct price. However, I bought paint (4 Humbrol oil and 1 Humbrol water it seems.) And the last one was slightly dry. Otherwise, nothing to complain about (4.5/5) I would say.

I did not know 1001 hobbies. I bought on this site because the product I wanted was difficult to find in much more well-known places. The price seemed reasonable enough, the package arrived in a few days and in good condition. I would say it went quite well.

My order was delivered too late, also the item was in stock but was delivered weeks later. I had to pay shipping costs and it was not delivered to my home, I had to pick it up at the pickup point. I don't think it should be like this.

I still note a downside regarding the fact of putting a price label on the product description and the color, we then have difficulty knowing what the shade is. -I have been using 1001h for quite some time, the only complaint I could make is the irregularity of the respect of the deadlines compared to those indicated on the site at the time of ordering, in this specific case deadlines of one to two weeks seem reasonable to me but it would be desirable to extend these deadlines knowing that they cannot be met
