although I've had great difficulty with delivery (due to poor service from Mondial Relay), I think your site is fairly well supplied and we can find everything we need for our pleasure. However, allow me to point out a few problems, namely the impossibility of reaching you by telephone (it was just before the holidays, so that explains it). which prevents us from ordering small quantities, i.e. a renewal of paint pots or a spray paint, but above all, don't put the labels on the reference of the pot, we don't know which color it is and we have to peel off the label and make a new one for each pot, otherwise I'd order from you again, because you're still very professional, and that's the main thing!

Quality is good only it takes very long for the order to arrive

I received the parcel with a very nice gift wrapping and the product was identical to the description. What's more, delivery was quick, so I'm very satisfied. The only downside is that I had asked to leave a note but there was no note either on the packaging or in the gift. But otherwise I recommend it!

Found the site difficult to navigate, once I had located an item , I found it difficult to find again. The description of a lot of items is too breif , hence me paying the price for a kit wich I assumed would be cast alloy pieces but it turng out to be cheap plastic(?) bits . Once order placed I found out it was coming from France which took about 2 weeks but was kept informed (even received a email few days after I had got it to say it was still on its way) .
When it arrived ,I thought it must be a empty box ,it was so light. I opened the very well made box to find a few plastic bags containing the parts which mostly looked very delicate . This turned out to be true as the were also very brittle and broke very easy. I proceeded using the broken parts as best I could but when a major part broke in two ,enough was enough and the whole lot went in the bin - a expensine mistake.I feel this company wants to improve its quality control and stop selling kits such as this(Fordson Tractor Big) for a rediculous high price .

Hello, the airflow valve is a bit expensive, but it allowed me to build myself a nice little installation with a PS259 gunze, which I would have bought on your site if I had found it .

I have to admit that I'm spoilt for choice, on a site that offers dozens of products! Warning = some models are best reserved for people who are already fairly experienced, but if you read the presentations carefully, the difficulty is usually indicated. In practice, there's a wealth of "treasures" to be discovered on this site, which I visit very regularly, and where it's very hard to resist temptation.
