The delivery notification was not opening. This in contrast to previous orders. Nicely taken care of though.

The site has gotten better (faster), however, it did take about 4 weeks for me to receive the products.

Honestly I try the site very easy and intuitive, however I would like a more detailed description of the products for sale so as not to run into mistakes in purchasing and returns

Fast correct delivery

Order delivered promptly with no problems. The only drawback was that one of the kits must have been quite old, and some of the paints supplied with it were dry. The little nephew was still able to make his model (it's always useful to keep paint pots :) ).

Hello, following this first order of more than 200€, I would like to point out that I was supposed to benefit from a promotional code, but at the time of placing the order, it was impossible to register it, so I asked for a commercial gesture and there was no response... I bought a Mercedes Actros 6x4 1/14 from tamiya for the price so good that I had and above acian me a discount of 5 € for my first purchase, it is true that I had doubts since I called by phone to clarify some doubts I had, but to no avail, because the response of lady lacked sense, still decided to buy. The next day I decided to read the negative reviews, I entered the panic, I was very afraid in the state in which I would arrive and that would be.
Finally the package arrived, it was well packaged, no bumps or deformations, the product was exactly what I ordered. I am satisfied and happy with the purchase in 1001 Hobbies, they also inform you by mail the status of your order, they give you a discount of 5 € for your first purchase and have good prices, what more can I ask for? I have removed a star for the woman who attended me on the phone although she was nice she does not have much idea of what is sold, otherwise everything perfect, has if 1001 hobbies will be the first site that I will take into account to buy.

When I opened the box and checked it over, I noticed that a few small parts were missing because they were broken, especially the throttle control, which is admittedly small, and also that some parts were broken when attached to the frame, which was a shame!

Site reasonably easy to use so no issues there. An interesting variety of stuff but on a specific mission which was accomplished.
Only grumble was that the product was sourced from overseas and not .uk as the site hinted at. The service and updates for delivery were good so again, little to moan about!
