Hello The parcel took a long time to arrive but it arrived on time! The only drawback is that the receiving box was damaged. It must have been badly stored and was crushed. There were two broken pieces in the crane model... But we'll glue them back together. Thank you and good

I have not seen my purchased item yet. I have not seen my purchased item yet. I can’t blame the 1001 people about that but, I can say that their tracking information wasn’t that helpful. Counting from the day I made the purchase it has been 5 weeks that I have been waiting. I am doubtful that I will ever see my package. 1001 offers many items that I can’t get elsewhere but, I can’t trust that the delivery will be made.

I ordered for a Christmas gift so I took the impeccable gift wrapping everything arrived without problems and well packaged . Unfortunately I took delivery in two days and they took more than two weeks before delivery.

Everything was done correctly using website. The only complaints if you want to call them that is that the phone support was only in English (and so to avoid mistakes I did it myself using the site) and secondly the whole COBI catalog was not available (the selection was wide anyway) and some things I was looking for were not there... we will try again maybe later. I'm afraid that you choice of couriers… I'm afraid that you choice of couriers has prevented you from getting 5 stars. My experience of them is that they don't communicate very well and fail to deliver on the scheduled date when they do communicate.

It was just a pity that the models you didn't have in stock weren't indicated. So it took almost a month from the order (November 17) to payment by credit card and delivery... in mid-December... But you have some interesting models. In any case, I can recommend your brand without hesitation.

I placed an order and it was delayed because of a product that they did not have in stock, it would be interesting to know this before shipment to be able to decide whether to wait for that product or prefer to receive the rest of the products to you.
