The package was not well protected and wrapped. The tape was coming off, and we could access what was inside. But the box of my figurine was intact! I am very satisfied with it. However, I received my figurine 2 months later than expected, while I was given false arrival dates.

As an online store, I find it correct, with a good selection and a lot of types of products for those who want to buy that kind of activity and acceptable prices. But the stock situation is not entirely clear; if it is available with same-day shipping, I don't understand why it takes two weeks to ship the purchase. From what I understood, they are distributors, where you place an order and they request it from the stores, which is why it takes time to ship the product. Only once they have everything do they send the product to the buyer, since what I bought was all available with same-day shipping, but still, it took 10 days. I am going to buy again knowing that there will be this delay in time.

It's a shame to add a self-adhesive label to the paint cans, because you can't see the original reference number. I'm sure it's a translation obligation, but it's written so small that it's illegible. So it's useless.

Very satisfied. Although it was my first order, I was provided with answers to my questions by customer service during the delivery period. My fears that there might be problems with my bank transfer (without Paypal) to a French bank did not materialize. The delivery (delivery tracking) and the goods (condition) arrived without any problems.

A more forceful description of the product is missing; especially in new products.

A bit pricey for a HG but it was a kit that was hard to find, and I appreciate them being able to supply it.

Purchasing and paying for the item was very easy but the delivery was slow as it is shipped from France and it was held up in US customs for about a week.

The models ordered are outstanding,. You can find models that are almost unobtainable. My only note,which makes one very unhappy, is to report on the product sheet that it is available. Instead with my second purchasing experience I have found that the models have to request them from the suppliers and the time is very long. I would like to add that today there are online sellers(see Amazon) where the delivery times are very fast.I understand that you have adopted a sales policy aimed at saving money for logistical facilities, but it would be much better to indicate this clearly before payment. Anyway it is a reliable and well-stocked site, thank you.
