The parcel had a long way to go but I was really surprised how fast the delivery from France to Austria Innsbruck worked. As always, the Austrian parcel service once again managed to make a hole in my parcel because they will never learn that they shouldn't throw parcels. But luckily the kit was undamaged. My kit is from Trumpeter and I'm really looking forward to assembling it! And as always I got a great kit from the company 1001 Hobbies. Thanks for that!!!

I understand that International Shipping can get delayed. Please consider better communication. An email telling me my package is still on the way is useless. I would rather know when it is and when it leaves. The tracking link only states it has reached destination country.

The initial package apparently disappeared in transit but was ultimately replaced by 1001 after investigation with their couriers so a loss was happily reduced to a delayed arrival. I will use them again.

Hello, first successful experience. A few comments on the stability of the site (I very often lost my basket while browsing elsewhere on the site). In my opinion, the search engine could be improved. Only went to 1001 modelkits because it was either them or China. If I had gone to China for the items I would have got them for half the price at 1001 modelkits. only problem with China is you have to wait an eternity for delivery.

Hello I'm satisfied with my purchase. The mechanical chassis and engine seem to be of very good quality, as does the radio control system. On the other hand, I have no opinion on the bodywork, as I've only received the mechanical part of the package I ordered, even though it's clearly stipulated on your offer that everything was included (complete car). 1001 usually have the kits that I want. Delivery can sometimes take quite a while as the warehouse seems to be in France. Last order seemed to take about 3 weeks from order to delivery, but they are probably suffering with lockdowns as much as anyone.
