The order was placed on 9-5-23, recd 10-7-23. I find that reasonable going from France to eastern US. Everything was packed well, and there were no mistakes, i.e., items missing, etc. I found the site was reasonably well designed, not difficult to navigate. Merci beaucoup!.

I ordered 4 figurines, 2 of which I couldn't find anywhere else. One of the figurines was then 6 months late because of the supplier: after a quick email I got the first 3 directly and the 4th as soon as it was available without paying more. Fast and efficient support, impeccable delivery, well-stocked catalog, not too shabby prices.
