Magnificent airplane model, with skeleton interior structure, I don't install the pilots seats or the landing gear, because I don't need it for my preferences or tastes. Fantastic website always offering a wide range of hobby products, I wanted a Trumpeter A-6E Intruder 1/32 kit and ordered it back in late June as it was a great price. It was shipped in a couple of days of ordering from France to UK but unfortunately it got returned as the courier wasnt happy about the size/weight, I could see all this throught the excellent order tracking online, when I asked about this delay the amazing staff said they had sorted it out for me and even put it on DHL Express service at their cost and it arrived within 2 days. Cant compliment the team on their customer service enough, give them a try you wont be dissappointed.

Too bad that arrived at the nearest post office, it was sent back because wrong or incomplete address. Calling again and writing an email, they sent the package back and it finally arrived.
