Great choice of model paints. Delivery took a while but I think that's to be expected at the moment with the pandemic. Model was bought with guaranteed three to five day delivery for which I paid extra. Model arrived ten days later. As they had failed to deliver on time I requested refund on the extra I had paid for the three to five day delivery. They refused stating that they could not refund postage as the model had already been delivered. This company advertises as being UK based but are based in France which is misrepresentation. Poor customer service. Company then offered me 5% discount on my next purchase after reading this review which they can shove where the sun does not shine.
