My order was delivered quickly. Unfortunately, the color number labels were glued over all the colors. It was very time-consuming to wash these stickers off without damaging the stickers underneath.

I received a broken 80€ figure. After I contacted them, of course, they wanted to give me a 15€ voucher (for a broken 80€ figure ???). Since I was not satisfied, they wanted me to absolutely destroy the figure and send a picture. Only then would I have gotten a new one, so I preferred to take the 15€ and fix the figure with some glue, but I have to say that the shipping and how it was packed was absolutely bad.

The models were a gift to my husband for his birthday so I payed the extra for them to be gift wrapped. However the gift wrap was a lot to be desired it looked liked they couldn’t be bothered so had to redo it. Otherwise quick and easy.

Large assortment which is very positive, only because of different languages the description is not always clear. Furthermore, the delivery time is relatively long (considering what most Dutch shops can do) It is also a pity that you can not make a wish list or something for future orders.
