At first, I was somewhat skeptical about their website. But after looking through their inventory and their prices which are phenomenal, I placed an order and I’m very satisfied just like anything you have to shop around on the site to find the good deals and after shipping and terra fees, their prices are very competitive. I’m quite pleased with their shipping also, everything arrives in very good condition and pretty quickly.

I received a model, with damaged elements. However, I am still waiting for a response from customer service, which is absent! So far, they have not bothered to respond to my email with photos of the state of the model. This is very disappointing.

I get the impression that this is a scam because when I try the guest tracking option all that happens is I'm sent to a New Member application. I question if you've sent anything at all, or if this is just a way to capture data for marketing purposes. Did I actually buy anything from you? Did you ever actually send me anything or did I fall for some sort of Chinese scam. I guess we'll see
