Poor quality model and long delivery times

I waited almost 1 month for my parcel to be sent. My brother didn't get his birthday present on time. DÃ

I'm giving it 2 stars because the product seems fine, but the packaging needs to be improved! A huge cardboard box for 1 small box lost in the middle of plastics is excessive and not environmentally friendly.

I was sent a voucher with a 5% discount by email for my late delivery. I then wanted to place a new order and claim the discount. The discount code cannot be entered or is not known at 1001hobbies. So no new order as the 5% discount promise cannot be claimed. Promises alone are not enough - they should also be kept.

Goods are ok but 250€ gift wrapping for a mini piece of paper primitively wrapped and without a gift bow that disappointed me very much.

Average, because even though the references were all available and dispatched quickly, order taking was more than laborious (numerous slowdowns and bugs) and the order preparer confused HU022 with HU220, so it wasn't the right color! As there's no shortage of suppliers and COVID boosts online sales know-how, I'm forgetting 1001 maquettes. Dice

Compliant products. Excellent packaging. Disastrous delivery time

The delivery was quite slow (this was indicated on the website by the way because it is due to the structure of the store) so it was only 14 days later that it was offered to Post NL Who also needed almost a week but that is not the fault of the store What is annoying is that 1 of the boxes was flattened apparently without damage to the contents but the shipping box was apparently not resistant to the forces encountered during transport I have had better experiences elsewhere

I ordered an item on November 26 and my order 235451 has still not been processed. I sent an email to 1001maquettes but I still have no answer.... I'm getting a bit worried

Website is not reliable Promises are not kept Dutch site but you are spoken to in French and then on request in English Part of the delivery was not immediately in stock To find out I called 4 times Promises were kept partially and late 2x was only delivered after the umpteenth phone call If nothing changes then for me it was the 1st and last time

The order is not complete and this is not the first time! On customer service you have to wait a long time and when you finally get to speak to someone it has to be in English.

Too long waiting time without any info. only after own inquiry came an email. 18 days after the order although the article stated 2 to 4 delivery days. Everything seemed to be in order but TDLR: Wrong product receivedAfter more than a week of contact I only received a return request at my own expenseThe product I received was not the same as what was indicated on the siteThe site advertised the Arnold HN2301 while I received the Arnold HN2300It is a small but important difference as the products look the same but work differently technically. On the day of receipt I sent a message via the ''support'' button to customer service with a short description of the problem and pictures of the product I received A day later I received a reply asking if I wanted to send pictures of the product I did this again In the end I spent more than a week with no more than 1 e-mail per day in an attempt to explain the difference and to arrange a solution for the wrongly sent product. Finally, on November 20, I received a message that I could fill out a form for a return request at my own expense. It is unfortunate that a support issue takes more than a week especially if the support turns out to be a wall that is not willing to help you but instead does everything possible to make the already unpleasant situation even more unpleasant Whether this is due to unconscious incompetence or deliberate stubbornness I will not say. This was my first and last experience with this website.

Hello Your package is missing the glue and paint! Ordering these accessories separately is VERY EXPENSIVE! You could enclose them anyway. What can we do with a model to be assembled without these accessories? It looks smart to give an incomplete gift. If you order on the internet, it's to save yourself running to the stores, and here I am! Thank you, I could have done without it.... Sincerely anyway. J

I bought it on November 9th and it still hadn't arrived on the 25th, even though I was charged €7 for Colissimo 48h delivery and I live 16km from the store. Even Vinted deliveries are faster.

The promised shipping costs that are NOT charged for an order over 69 euros are still charged to me already twice.

Satisfactory packaging but almost 1 month for an order of 6 pots of paint! No information on progress except when I contacted the site by e-mail (quick response but no estimated time). No word of apology ... nothing It's a shame because my 1st order was perfect. In short, the paint I ordered 1 week before the containment to keep me busy was received a few days before the containment.
