These are physically in stock in the company's warehouse. Available : shipment within X to X days. I have missing parts in the model I had bought, received the model on the 13th July still not resolved now the 26th. Not impressed with the after sales support. Model kit was a Heller 1/125 scale Ariane V only 40 piece kit, 12 pieces missing ( full spruce). It���s now the 11th of August and still no parts, been told that they are being sent from 1001 model kits Vendor, who have still to send them, totally not happy with the sale support received, I have had to contact 1001 myself to get updates. Which seems to be no progress

The model itself is the size we wanted, but it's one thing for the chassis to clip on poorly to the passenger compartment. You'll have to work a little harder. But that the windshield doesn't match the Volkswagen newbeetle we ordered is quite another. I've tried to contact you without success. No one answers. So ordering another model is not advisable. In the demonstration video of the item I chose you can see the box open and you can see that inside the pieces to be assembled are green but when the package arrived to my bitter surprise the pieces were white i.e. to be painted. They told me they would email me the free return form but to date despite my email reminder I have not received anything.

I placed my order and paid in full on May 29, 2020. To date, I have had no news about my order and no advice of any kind about delivery times. I regularly check the site, which tells me that my order has been in process since June 1, 2020 and that one of the requested products is being restocked, but no details of any kind have been given to me, even though the site has my full contact details, including my e-mail address. This shows not only a lack of follow-up but above all a lack of consideration for my needs.

I had ordered 4 pots of paint""flat black"" from Tamyia . Although the shipment was very satisfactory, the quality of the paint was not the same. My first order was completely satisfactory (glass jar with color label), but this latest order (glass jar with black and white label only), while the color was perfect, the texture wasn't the same. I was careful to mix it, but it was never so fluid and so easy to apply. So I don't know if it's much thicker than it was originally, or if the thicker pots of paint have been used.

Paid the extra for express shipping but I could have saved them given the delivery time. Shipping tracking is useless as it does not give updates on the location of the package. Item arrived but the Air soft firing system does not work the seller's solution was a 30 euro voucher which he never sent me. Also the NiMh battery charges poorly and does not last more than 5 minutes this forced me to buy another one. Instructions only in French. The item was a gift package but the requested card was not made.

I had ordered some models for my grandson, to be delivered on the following Thursday or Friday, which was one of my criteria since I had to see the child the following Sunday. I was asked to pay an extra €20 for this delivery. This is what I did and I was very disappointed because I didn't receive the package until Monday morning when my children had left. I understand that it's difficult to meet deadlines at this time of year, but please don't charge extra. As for the models themselves, I can't judge the packages.

This site masquerades as a UK trader… This site masquerades as a UK trader when it is actually French. Not that I object to them being French. Someone has to be. But I go on line in search of UK traders, and I resent these sort of traps being set. For the time being it does not matter so much in terms of customs tariffs, but from 2021 it presumably will. so caveat emptor. Also, their emails contain links that are not live, and when you do get on their website and enter their given details in the tracking box, it still does not work.
