I ordered a pack of 6 paints plus glue etc...NONE of them correspond to the model I bought...I had understood that you were to be trusted on this...So the model is at a standstill as soon as I've started...

I'm usually very happy with my orders, but this time I'm a bit disappointed. The health situation does call into question delivery times. But paying 20€ for delivery to have my model in 3 weeks I don't think that's right. Especially since it was always noted 2448h. I have not yet received my model as I write this comment. Hello Respect for delivery times despite the current crisis. On the other hand very disappointed by the product. Lack of description and photos on the site. Excessive price for the quality.

Nice models, but despite the purchase of a""kit"" not all the paints are supplied. Too bad, especially when it's a gift.

The product was of poor quality. Especially the assembly instructions. The parts were also poorly finished, and many of them were difficult to use.

My order was for a model of the Glorieux boat, which arrived safely. It said that the glue and paints were not supplied, so I bought everything I needed for the model. I reread everything several times, but at no point did it say that I also had to buy the shroud wires, and there was no indication of exactly which paint to use (reference number, etc.). So I took the ones that were just recommended and I was missing 4 more than expected, so I had to place a new order! What's more, the site bugs a lot and my second order still hasn't arrived. I'm a medium

Claimed items were in stock and took payment for a expedited delivery. Failed to confirm and took too long to reply to communication. Never saw my order and cancelled after 11 days. 1001 Hobbies then tried to claim that I knew these weren't in stock fortunately I took a snip of the item description screen (which I'm happy to share) which shows this is untrue and I did indeed order in good faith. After placing my order online I never received any order acknowledgement or despatch notification emails. Any attempt to ascertain any response by email resulted in zero reply. Only after raising a case with Paypal the product that advertised as in stock was dispatched 12 days after ordering according to the postmark on the package. This is NO WAY WHATSOEVER to treat a customer. Therefore I will no longer deal with 1001maquettes. In addition their new named website 1001hobbies.fr results in a security warning from my security software. Warning? ADDITIONAL INFO IN RESPONSE TO SUPPLIER REPLY. I ensured that my email address was correctly entered there is no soft bounce my email queries did not elicit any response. 4 to 6 business days don't equate to a total of 12 days. Last of all the website DID say in stock so please do not question my integrity. FURTHER REPLY TO SUPPLIER 2ND REPLY. I have NEVER had such level of problems with any other online supplier of goods. Your 1001hobies.fr still produces a security warning for me. Therefore I abide by my decision to take my business elsewhere.

The service from the saleswoman was perfect However, what lags behind at this company is the assortment I came to the store from Zaandam assuming that all the items I had asked for were in stock This was not the case However, what has greatly determined my opinion is the fact that these could not be ordered either Hence my grade

The description of a paint purchased was not precise: I received a metalised paint that didn't match at all.

Although the description of the object makes it clear that it's a model 118 motorcycle in particular, the image misled me. It would therefore be preferable to put the correct image on it, so that the photo would be more accurate.

Unfortunately, as always, delivery times are far too long. 11 days this time to receive 2 small boxes of soldiers.

3 orders 3 tests... Systematic stock errors with products that are supposed to be available and in the end have to be ordered. A designation error on the site and long delivery times....very long...(3-4 weeks...). Certainly some choice in the window... Reasonable shipping costs... But I'll be looking elsewhere for my next orders.

Bad information and arbitrary phone reception when I expressed my desire to return the product.

My order was supposed to be dispatched in 2 to 4 days (yes, I did read the delivery times when I placed the order...despite the question marks...). We are now at 20 days and the order is being prepared. In the end, it won't be for my son's 12th birthday, but for his 13th :) with the added bonus of a poster that should make up for the disappointment. Will the order ever arrive?...Ã

Out of 2 cans of hobbinox paint ordered, one was empty of gas.

Delivery error. The item I wanted was not available. I was reimbursed but had to insist for an explanation. I didn't get any clear information on the use of the other product I received and was told to keep (a spray but for what exactly).

Accidentally created an order tried calling no response on either USA number. Sent an email got a very professional reply saying that they would cancel the order and I would get a refund within 14 days. Sure sounds great. Except that I got a notification from the delivery company saying that my package is still arriving and 1001 Model Kits has not responded since regarding the package or refund status. The package is now waiting at the delivery company's office and I have yet to hear back from them. BTW their website changed the price from $20 on like 4 payment screens to $140 on the very last payment screen for a $14 item (that weighs about 1oz). (it seriously says $125 charged for shipping on the email I received). I'm assuming it's a software bug and they dont intentionally swindle people... but the fact that they shipped my item despite telling me they would cancel my order within 24 hours of placing the order makes me think that they're running a scam. At the very least it doesn't feel like their customer service works very hard to make things right.

Order placed on 2301 it is now 3001 and still being processed!!!! When will it be delivered? Apparently I'm not the only one!

Zero satisfaction I found an interpreter to be able to understand what was being ordered but nothing at the end after a long wait the product arrives but it is not what was requested I don't think I will place more orders

I feel kinda ripped off I paid 65€ for express shipping from france to switzerland and still waited 20 days for my package to arrive. Even though all items were listed as available. Prices are with tax included but they shouldnt if the customer is outside of France. (In the End i paid around 413$ for the same item i could have gotten from Ebay for 320$ with faster shipping and less trouble. Thats why i rate it Poor for anyone who lives outside France. But what i also have to say that the items arrived in perfect condition and everything was okay. Customer service was also really nice and helpful. But still....

The advert talks about fast delivery and advisers at your service... Ordered on the 10th, received on the 24th, is this a fast delivery? Called N""conseillers"" to ask for a quote (compressor material etc...) I was told to send an email. Email sent on the 13th, no reply to date. Is this advice? Advertising is good... doing what the ad promises is better

I paid €22 for express delivery (1-3 days as stated) and waited 3 weeks for the parcel. Annoying when it comes to a Christmas present. I also received no apology or money back. Lg Claudia

There is a lot of choice on this website. However, out of 2 orders placed, one arrived with a delay and the second, placed on December 13, was marked available within 5 days but had not yet been sent on December 23. I requested a cancellation by phone and was asked to send an e-mail. I sent an e-mail. Since then, nothing. On all serious sites, a refund for an unpaid order paid via Pay Pal is instantaneous, max. 24 hours. In this case, it's been 2 weeks. It's sad because the catalog is nice but I'll go elsewhere because the trust isn't there. I've taken note of your reply, thank you, and that's indeed what I did. I obtained a refund via Paypal. I hope you will improve things

It took them more than a month to deliver it. Another thing is that the units meet my expectations. And for that I congratulate them but not with the service which I consider very bad. Regards

Nothing to say about 1001 Hobbies who graciously gave me a discount. On the other hand, Mondial Relay is not up to scratch: in total, delivery 15 days after my order: 1 week to attempt a 1st delivery BUT THE POINT RELAIS IS NOT IN SERVICE (this is not my responsibility) then a 2nd week to deliver to the new Point Relay. If you have service agreements, you must sanction them. I don't have the possibility of doing so, which is my responsibility.

Robery... Ok, they have an amazing selection of paints and other things. But the shipping was $15! I added some other stuff to the cart, and then looked at the total cost. The shipping FREAKING WENT UP TO 22$. THIS IS FREAKING ROBBERY. There should be a deal where if you spend over $30 the shipping goes down. My subtotal was $40, but the with shipping it was $62. I was so mad that I didn't even purchase my items, and I still won't until I get a reasonable answer on why the shipping is so expensive.

The product itself is flawless and the delivery (time) was great. But it can't be that a puzzle is delivered in such an oversized package! About environmentally friendly etc. This made us very angry!
