Sorry but my evaluation is not positive. Two products in the catalog and after days of waiting they inform me that they are not available. Waiting too long I am still waiting for the ones I had to change.

Email received that the delivery had arrived at the relay point but the relay point did not have it yet (a free return ticket)

The lead time from order to delivery is around 3 weeks. What's more, 1001 MAQUETTES is about twenty euros more expensive than its competitors, when you compare the same product of the same brand, of course. I wouldn't buy from 1001 MAQUETTES again.

Package not packed with sufficient care. A simple cardboard box too large for its container, closed with a single piece of tape on the top...as a result, the box arrived crushed and even torn in places. The box containing my model was therefore folded and one of the parts inside was detached from its support...free warning as nothing was broken, but it makes me reluctant to recommend anything from you...when we know how little care the postal service takes with parcels, we owe it to ourselves to do better!

I got the wrong colors... And a book in French (it didn't say it was in French)... Model is ok in itself

I ordered on 20102018 a model HELL80791RENAULT F1 RE 20 az today I am being lied to about the availability of this item. I strongly advise against this merchant who accepts payments but does not honor deliveries.

Bad experience, my order was supposed to be a surprise for my husband's birthday. Order placed paid confirmed 7 days later still nothing. The explanations of 1001 maquette incomprehensible and unjustified. Supposedly shipped. But the model was resold to another person. Conclusion forced to change model. So very disappointed.

On an advert on the site I had found a miniature plane which was to be supplied in two copies and no scale was specified on the article. But what a disappointment when I arrived..... first of all there was only one copy in my parcel instead of the two promised and moreover the miniature plane was enormous and looked more like a toy than a miniature. Unfortunately, the specified delivery dates did not match the actual delivery. After the purchase, a later delivery date was stated in the order confirmation and the actual delivery took place even later than stated in the order confirmation. This was very annoying as it was a birthday present which was therefore not delivered on time!

But in your opinion what review should I write since I haven't received anything yet !!!

Hello: This is the first time I've ordered from you and the model I received did not correspond to the model seen on your internet catalog. On the catalog it was a special model for a new mould, whereas the model delivered was a model I'd already seen! The box sent out was nevertheless at a much cheaper price, after a telephone arrangement I reordered it.

Fast delivery, nothing to say. We tore our fingers off with the glue and also our eyes, not to mention our irritation, despite our angelic patience! It was a gift for my husband that could have become a cause for divorce!!!! They were pallets of small bottles to assemble yourself.

I bought the Airfix A01005 kit thinking after seeing the pictures on the site that I would receive the 2011 kit by buying the relevant colors accordingly. However, I received the most recent kit which therefore requires other colors.

It was another week until delivery. Delivery without outer packaging only wrapped in black foil although it was three puzzles. Fortunately arrived here without damage. All in all, not satisfactory.

The model came save and sound. And ordering the item was easy to order.

A few days after placing an order for a model, customer service got in touch to tell me that the product was out of stock and that the restocking date was estimated at 4-5 weeks. With no further certainty provided, I opted for a refund (now in progress). I appreciate the customer service's spontaneous contact, even if given the amount involved (just over €450) it was a minimum. I can also understand the announced restocking delay, given the origin. What doesn't encourage me at all to try again is, on the one hand, the number of reviews posted here mentioning this problem and, on the other hand, the fact that at the time of ordering this model was indicated as being in stock in 5 copies (unless I'm mistaken, that's still the case today! ). I think it's a pity to make it so difficult for people to know how many items are in stock, which must require a much heavier follow-up, and which has to be done for a certain number of items. In my case, it was shooting myself in the foot, because going from a stock of 5 announced to 0 in reality makes me wonder about the very existence of stock tracking, and doesn't really give a feeling of reliability. D

The box arrived completely broken as it did not come with protective packaging. They have sent directly the box of the model that is a very thin cardboard wrapped with plastic. It was to make a gift and the appearance was horrible. For this that would not have increased their costs much I will not buy again in this store because you risk that the merchandise arrives destroyed.

The model is fine what I didn't like is that I didn't know when it was going to arrive the tracking number they sent me by email was not correct I tried to contact them to solve the issue and I got nothing. They did not reply to my email. That's why the score is so low.

I placed an order for a model on September 4 paying for a shipping service that promised to deliver the package between September 6 and 8. On the 7th I sent them an email asking about the status of the package and was told that it would arrive the following day (which was Saturday the 8th) or early the following week. I was also told that the tracking code would certainly be provided to me on the 8th. I told them how unhappy I was as I had paid extra money for it to be delivered between the 6th and the 8th. Trying to contact them in multiple ways I was given the tracking code on Monday via customer service chat. Finally the package arrived on the 12th and they mailed me the tracking code the day before. The package was correct and arrived in good condition. Overall my rating is bad and I am disappointed.

I sent off for the Douglas Bader… I sent off for the Douglas Bader spitfire model it arrived today in a plain brown box which was in perfect condition ""But"" when I opened it to reveal the kit box I was not please one bit, the kit box was battered infact if I had gone to a local model shop and it was the last kit in stock I would not have brought it in that condition. I will certainly not be purchasing anything from this seller again .

Excellent customer service and delivery (on time). On the other hand, the product (dolphin helicopter) had obviously already been opened because it was damaged (landing gear detached). The item was sold out but there was no mention of any discount.

Why does it take so long for delivery of my order? Why does it take 10 days from the time of my order (30 July) for you to pull two small sheets of decals from your stocks, put them in an envelope and mail them? Why did you not forward to me the tracking number of my order as you said you would do? Why did you omit CALIFORNIA from my address that I gave you? Why did you include my postal code mixed in with a bunch of other numbers making it very difficult to know where the package was going? This probably explains why it took another 16 days from the time you put the package in the mail to the time I received it yesterday (25 Aug)
