Not very impressed with the shipping Not very impressed with the shipping 1 told it was going out DHL,, it did not. 2 two weeks wait for shipment 3 shipment was not boxed but wrapped with thin black plastic 4 the boxes inside plastic wrap were crushed on one side, and plastic wrap was torn open. This is the first time that I have had a problem hopefully the last, all other orders were great.

Dissatisfied because for a package that should arrive in 4 days ordered and paid on June 12, 2018 we are June 20 and the package has still not left""entrepots"" de Normandie !!!!!! The prices are very expensive and the shipping costs also expensive. I cannot be told to pay almost 15€ to ship a single item is as an answer I am told that it is the cost of the courier and if instead you spend almost 40€ the courier charges themselves are reduced almost by half. There are a good range of kits. I went through the order process but an error occurred with validation of payment. I then had an on-line chat which was very good but didn't solve the issue. His suggestion was to create an account and try again. I did this successfully. I was then pestered with text messages about my original unvalidated order as there was no correlation between the guest order and account holder order. I was also informed I would receive a tracking number but this also never happened. The kits arrived after 1 week.

I am very disappointed with the responsiveness of the parcel delivery service. A parcel was supposed to arrive within 4 days, but I've been waiting 14 days to receive it. I was able to contact customer service by phone, but the person I spoke to just told me that the parcel was blocked by mondial relay, without offering any solution or even contacting me since. I'm still grateful for the wide choice offered by the site, but this big problem has changed my mind.
