Supply lead times too long...when the product is not in stock, the customer has no information and waits for his order. I don't think it's up to the customer to follow up, but up to you 1001 Maquettes to keep him informed of new deliveries.

Delivery time is completely unacceptable. Packaging looks used.

Large and extensive range but unfortunately.... I had to wait almost a month for a letter (1 decal sheet). What's more, it didn't come in the form of a letter but in a parcel which I also had to collect from the post office. I have already mentioned the long delivery times several times. Regardless, this criticism is ignored. The delivery service is simply unprofessional.

I believe most customers would pay an extra fee for some trackable shipping service that would hopefully avoid these types of situations. not received the right colors

Ordered on October 10th and still haven't received anything. If I don't receive anything by Monday, I'll have to cancel my order. Otherwise, the customer service team responds quickly and is very attentive. The delivery service leaves something to be desired.

Cancelled order in frustration, no credit to my PayPal to date, handed it to them for resolution. Customer Service people very nice, polite but company procedures hamper them resolving problems. After ordering 8 items on this site, I received the parcel 5 days later by Colissimo. What a surprise to see that I only had half of my order... The delivery note stipulated the total amount of my order. I called 1001 Maquettes to find out if all this was normal, and the advisor promised to keep me informed of what had happened. The next day, with no news, I decided to call again. The logistician calls me a liar... However, the advisor re-ordered the missing items. 5 days later, the post office called to tell me that my parcel had been opened and that there was only one item left. I call 1001 Maquettes again and they trigger a new order... Which turned out to be the right one. 4 weeks for items in stock. My 2-star rating takes into account the professionalism of the call center, but its

orders always take a long time to arrive, and this isn't the first time I've reported this.

The delivery only took place a week after the agreed date. This was already annoying as the delivery time was the decisive argument when choosing the online store. In addition, no information was provided about the delay and tracking via the 1001 Modellbau website did not work either. When I asked about the delay and the problems with tracking the order, all I got back was a standard text saying "I always try to satisfy customers as quickly as possible". However, the goods finally arrived (far too late) and are in order. After all. Response to the seller's reaction: The order was placed on 24.09. and was paid for directly via PayPal (I have the order confirmation). The delivery on 07.10. therefore took place 13 days after the order. Much later than stated.

The delivery time was extremely long. (14 days) The item leaves a lot to be desired. The best thing are the stickers. In my opinion, the model is not worth the money. I would definitely not buy it again.
