Two problems with the delivery: I asked for a home delivery but it didn't take place, so I had to collect the parcel from the post office. Apparently a problem with colissimo in my area. So I paid more for home delivery, which I didn't get. Second thing: one of the puzzle boxes arrived very damaged, apparently dented by one of the other boxes. Otherwise, the products are exactly as pictured on the online ordering site.

The products correspond to the order. These products were supposedly available for delivery within 3 days. Products ordered and charged to card on 101020. Received on 221020. 10 days delivery by colissimo is very expensive.

If you want to keep your customers, you'll have to keep up with the competition.

Parts too small

Effective for models, much less so for accessories such as expensive paint, and no choice but to go to the competition to find what you need to paint a model, and what's more, at an affordable price. Dom

the last delivery was compliant long but compliant the compressor delivered with English instructions! very unpleasant

The puzzles in the catalog are mostly unavailable, and this has been the case for quite some time. Too bad.

Customer service was exceptional they kept me informed throughout packaging my order and any problems they encountered. Shipping was expensive but I received my order much earlier than I expected under the current circumstances. Will definitely be buying from 1001Hobbies again!!

I am very moderately satisfied because I ordered 6 aqua colors and received 5 aqua and 1 oil I am not sure to recommend you next time.

Shipping cost at 24.00 is way too high. Box was mangled and crushed on one side but everything was OK You could read the contents of the shipping box because it had the invoice with the items clearly readable. One of the dumbest things I've seen. I gave you a fair shot at my business, you took too long and cost too much.

The parcel was well received on the agreed date, a fine product, but it was a real disappointment to see the assembly instructions in English and Chinese! as for the paints, it's a real headache to find the right matches.

I thought I was receiving hard plastic stencils and not self-adhesive masks. Very disappointed, lack of explanation on the site. Damage

I give a bad mark because of the packaging I'm very disappointed by the quality of the packaging for the rc boat I ordered. I paid 25 euros for gift-wrapping made from scraps of paper and crumpled scotch tape, which is disgraceful. I was lucky that the boat arrived in good condition Double packing was de rigueur.

A little too expensive considering the quality (injection points too visible, no canvas on the base) and you have to add the shipping costs. Otherwise, the delivery time was perfect and the package was well packed, so there was no breakage. In the end, it's hard to find anywhere else with the same quality-price ratio (according to my research), fast delivery and coming from a boutique in France (not a warehouse in France).

on the paint cans you added warning stickers in French the only problem is that you stuck them on the paint reference. As there were two brown colors, it was difficult, fortunately I managed to remove some of them.

Too many miniatures don't conform to assembly standards. Some manufacturers border on fraud, e.g. Master Box LTD boite French Hussar Napoleonic war Serie, where no parts could be attached. Be very careful, it's up to you to check the conformity of the equipment you are selling. Amadeu

This could have easily been prevented with another layer of wrap or a box and wrap. Not worth sending back as it appear this is the only/last one available in silver.

There were no problems with the order. Where I'm not satisfied is with the choice of paints, with off""glue + 6 paints"" . Of the 6, only 3 I can use with my model. There wasn't even a matte black color, which seems to me to be a basic one.

The assembly instructions are not detailed enough, and require a lot of thought and inventiveness. The model is very nice cepe

It took a while to get here but I didn't realize it was coming from France. Mix in COVID and delays are bound to happen. Anyway The masks for the B26 look amazing. Thank you.
