I ordered the model "Halberstadt"" on December 12th and received confirmation that it would be delivered within 6 to 9 days. All orders placed before December 14 should reach their destination before Christmas. However, the expected shipment did not arrive until December 28. We were already back from our Christmas visit to our grandfather, who was very excited about the model airplane with the name of his home town. Now I have to send the gift to him later, so it will be delayed again and he will need help to collect it from the post office. I will not be entrusting any more gift requests to this mail order company.

I thought I had ordered 2 models because your site is supposed to sell models (given its name). These purchases were gifts for 2 children. For one there was no problem, it was a model boat to be designed. For the other, I received a miniature motorcycle on a stand that had absolutely nothing to do with a model.
