Disappointed as parts took ages to arrive because one part was missing. Finished my model using alternative paints before my order arrived.

in spite of the confinement the delay is very long especially when you announce parcel dispatched and at the end of one week colissimo announces parcel always to you and I wanted on my order to take product in stock and there at the end of some week you announced to me out-of-stock of a good part of order not of problem you had just sent a message there is little to say to me of the delay.I went back to a competitor for my paints and models cocktail distribution 2 the no problem fast shipments for me I know its hard already started to make updates in your stock and given the 2 purchases large enough for me a small commercial gesture from you would have pleased me for the wait fortunately that you are not the only ones on the market apart from that nothing to complain about your catalog despite these small problem I think continue to pass to you I hope to have an answer from you good evening to all the team and I hope to see you soon!

I have not yet received a parcel that was scheduled for 2-day delivery. The parcel was picked up 1 week after the order was placed. No worries in view of the events but just communicate what is done.

The model is not of great quality but it is according to its economic price so it is fine. The only thing that makes the product more expensive is the shipping cost... I like the company, they deliver on time and without any problem with the payment.

The cap of one of the paint cans exploded, obviously triggering ""pchit"" of paint. I haven't tested the can, but it seems to be OK and there were no casualties. The rest of the equipment ordered is OK... but that explains the low score. So be careful when preparing your parcels. I'll come back to you to get my supplies despite this little problem.

The products are marked present on the site on my order and I receive an email almost a week later telling me that you are sorry but you are waiting to receive 4 products. Problems with the paint After buying a model, I bought a pack that didn't correspond to the model and was recommended by 10001 maquettes. So, with the correspondence table, I bought the right colors from Humbrol, but they're not Acrylics. The model I got looked like a normal sized kit on the website but the actual product (which was $50 including shipping) was barely bigger than my hand.

Long delivery times

My original order was apparently lost in transit by Colissimo. It wasn't 1001 Hobbies' fault, of course, but it took over 2 weeks and several emails before a replacement was sent to me.
