I am a new customer and this was my 1st order. As for satisfaction, well, I'm disappointed with the time taken between my order and the preparation of the parcel: 6 working days. Order placed on the morning of 1011 (01:00 am) and preparation and dispatch of the parcel on 1711. (I'm not counting Saturdays because I don't know if you work on Saturdays. If not, one more day) Worried on the morning of 17 I sent a better to ask if there was a particular concern ... and as luck would have it the same evening the package was sent. I placed the order on a Sunday in the evening. I selected ""prepayment"" as the payment method. On Tuesday afternoon, less than 48 hours after placing the order, I received an e-mail from the retailer with a payment reminder. With all due respect, I think it would be appropriate and fair if the retailer gave the customer a little more time to process the payment, even with prepayment.
