When items are out of stock, the site offers to let you know as soon as the restock arrives, but this is never done. Got another email saying I should receive order by June 22. Great, but never received the order. Had to send two emails checking on status. After you received the second email it appears that's when my order was processed. Few days later I finally got the order. Not the normal service I was used to.

All correct but there is room for improvement in the preparation and shipping of orders. 12 days in the preparation plus another 7 days of shipping total almost 20 days to receive an order with a weight of 16 kg.

Delivery time approx. 3 weeks. In between, several e-mails that the item was temporarily unavailable but had been ordered. Then another shipping confirmation etc. However, I had already been informed in advance by friends that the delivery time with this supplier is quite long. The quality of the badge I ordered was mediocre. The clasp (plastic!) broke the first time I used it. But the badge itself was ok.
