2 months of waiting expected to receive the package because out of the 5 products ordered, 2 were on pre-order okay it was planned I am waiting to have everything. In the end, after 2 months the package arrives but only with the products that were already available at the time of the order. So 2 products (paid) that I do not have. On the site they indicate that the order is finished, no response to the email at the contact address. Useless

Order number 511368, order reference YZZIBJCQM placed on 15-09-2025). At the time of delivery, the package was in severely compromised condition due to poor care in packaging: practically open, with torn packaging and exposed parts, and inside there was no type of protection to safeguard the purchased goods. Unfortunately, the contents were also found to be damaged, with the model boxes dented and ruined. I am attaching photographs that testify to the state in which the package was delivered to me. I chose to purchase from you precisely because of the numerous positive reviews, and I did not expect such a negative experience. I find it unacceptable that collectible items arrive in this condition. I await your response on how you intend to resolve the situation.
