Despite an item being in stock and an advertisement indicating fast delivery, it still takes several days for the item to arrive. Even after the confirmation e-mail indicating that the parcel has been dispatched, it can take almost 2 weeks. For example, I ordered on April 29 and received a confirmation e-mail on April 30. On May 2 I received an e-mail saying that my order had been dispatched, but to date (May 11) I've received nothing... On the positive side, the item search system is well done, and there's a wealth of items on offer& the rare bird"". It's the shipping time that needs to be improved, especially since you're paying shipping costs for fast delivery.

Products nothing to say. Delivery times not in accordance with what is indicated on the site. The products offered are not necessarily in stock contrary to what is indicated and no communication on the part of 1001 maquettes on this subject which makes your order stall without explanations of their initiative. It is supplied after contacting customer service. Customer service rather good, good reception, acceptable responsiveness.
