Disappointed with customer service I placed an order on 22 November (for an item that ""usually ships 3-5 days""). Order did not ship until 9 December. Next, I specifically requested and paid for expedited shipping, but item was shipped economy (2 weeks delivery time and no tracking). As a result, it is unlikely my item will not arrive in time for to be a Christmas gift as intended (more than a month after ordering). Customer service offered to refund the difference between economy and expedited shipping, but this won't help the package get here in time. BEWARE of poor quality and slow customer service.

I placed an order on 22 November (for an item that ""usually ships 3-5 days""). Order did not ship until 9 December. Wat trage communicatie maar toch opgelost uiteindelijk Ik plaats een bestelling waarbij alle items in stock zijn en klaar om direct te leveren volgens de informatie op hun site. Ik betaal 8 euro voor verzending en mijn bestelling is na een week zelfs nog niet verzonden. Live chat voor hulp is niet beschikbaar zelfs wanneer ze zogezegd wel bereikbaar zijn (ma-za, 10-18u) en ik krijg ook geen antwoord op meerdere mails. Hopelijk doen ze hier snel iets aan. EDIT: Na toch even wachten toch kunnen oplossen met de klantendienst. Nu staat het product inderdaad aangegeven als '4-6 dagen wachttijd'. Op het moment van mijn bestelling was dit echter niet zo en was het in stock.
