Two items out of three have arrived. Waited a very long time (3 months) for the order to be restocked but there are none left. T.T But well it's refunded. :-]

Correct opinion, I was delivered at the estimated date, Small drawback, it is the box of the sandblaster which was in the box of the model, which necessarily has a consequent weight and had to this moved, has I hope nothing broken but has detached more parts of model. It's a pity that there are no instructions in French. The codes used (numbers, dotted lines) are not self-explanatory (as they are in a foreign language), nor are the assembly instructions, making the model difficult to assemble. I certainly wouldn't order a more complex model, as it would be very difficult to assemble without instructions in French.

Catastrophic delivery due to poor packaging and broken glass bottles, refund still awaiting a missing product. And waiting for full compensation for the order.

Lots of great models that you won't find anywhere else. Delivery takes a while, but is basically okay. The packaging is definitely neat. I will definitely buy from here again.

I paid for a home delivery and not as it happened I went to a relay served by mondial relais. I will never order from you again. it's a matter of principle.

As for the order itself, no problem. However, one of the ordered models, the LATECOERE 298 of the Special Hobby brand, is of very bad quality, the plastic molding is very poor, with many burrs, without numbering, without precise indications of its location, etc.
