I ordered wine from this shop over four weeks ago for more than 200 euro and have received neither the delivery nor a refund. Customer service has been unresponsive, and DPD confirmed the seller must act but nothing has been done. Very disappointing experience. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend ordering from this shop unless they improve both their delivery reliability and customer service.

I am very happy with the products I ordered, but the cardboard boxes the bottles were delivered in were completely broken and the bottles almost fell out of the boxes. You need to use much more durable boxes to avoid damage.
