I have known this excellent brand for a long time. The only issue is the delivery: I paid for a Chronopost for the next day, the date was not respected, Maison Gobillard said they would refund part of the delivery costs, which has not been done so far…

Customer service has been unresponsive, and DPD confirmed the seller must act but nothing has been done. Very disappointing experience. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend ordering from this shop unless they improve both their delivery reliability and customer service.

I am very happy with the products I ordered, but the cardboard boxes the bottles were delivered in were completely broken and the bottles almost fell out of the boxes. You need to use much more durable boxes to avoid damage.
