I was unable to apply my rewards and despite two messages, I have received no response.
Received my incomplete package. On 31/07 I reported the case. Two terse responses to my emails and since then nothing. Impossible to reach by phone. No callback to messages left on the answering machine. As of today, I still have not received my complete order. Today is August 18.
Extremely disappointed. I strongly suspect a scam and totally advise against making purchases on 321cbd. During my order, a product was missing from the delivery. I contacted support, who simply replied: > "This is not normal, it was sent. Thank you, goodbye." I even provided proof that it was impossible: the weight of the package indicated by the carrier did not match what the package should have weighed if the missing product had been included. Despite this clear evidence, support has not responded for over a week. In summary: you pay, the site forgets a product, and it's up to you to bear the consequences. No refund, no goodwill gesture. For me, it's simply a scam.

Very, very long delivery times. The 24 to 48 hours are never respected, it's more than a week minimum. When ordering more than 10g, the quality is mediocre, a lot of branches to add weight, broken buds, in short, poor quality!

I made 2 requests but I received one and I put a message to them and I have no answer.

Very very disappointed with my last order: I didn't receive the 2 boxes of cbd cookies (321 refunded me), but above all the flowering cbd I ordered was of poor quality (only crumbs and branches and very dry - I sent a photo of this to customer service who ignored it), there was a promotional offer of 50% but if I had known I would have abstained.

I ordered on 5/08, delivery was to be within 24H by my company "dpd". On 8/08, I still hadn't received anything, so I decided to call 321cbd, who called the delivery company. The 2 passed the buck. 321cbd decides to open an investigation, which should take about 15 days. Morality I paid 7€60 for a delivery scheduled in 24H, that I will receive in 15 days at best. The customer service was very courteous and quick to open the investigation at the loan of the deliveryman.

Unfortunately the packaging was non-existent, in fact the product box was very damaged but not the bottle. What's more, there was no expiration date, although I believe this is compulsory. I received a reply from your services one year after opening. What if I open the bottle in a year's time? I don't recommend your site. It's up to you to give me objective answers. The orange bud and amnesia kush flowers I ordered were very dry. I consumed them with a vapo. Set at 180 degrees, I was only able to inhale a puff, after which the flower was burnt. I tried moistening it with steam from a pan on a piece of paper. I was really disappointed, I was really expecting the effects described. I have spondylitis and migraine nausea with drug treatments. In short, pain is part of my daily life and I was expecting a little relief, a relaxing break ... but I couldn't see anything as the flowers were too dry and not usable in my vapo. I turned it down to 160 degrees just in case, but the flower still crumbled after a puff. I'm obviously disappointed. I'm sorry The orange bud flowers and the amnesia kush arrived too dry. I ordered them to relieve me of inflammatory disease and to relax to have a break in my daily life. I consumed them in a vapo set at 180 degrees. First puff ok, then nothing, the flowers are already burnt and unusable. I've tried moistening them with steam over a pan of water, but that's not enough. In short, I'm really disappointed because I wasn't able to experiment and taste the flowers. I expected so much from these flowers, but to take the risk of recommending them and having them arrive still too dry... and paying again. In short, I'm sorry, I would have liked to have been able to give my opinion on usable and consumable flowers.

Late delivery Very disappointed
Your order was indeed delivered on the day it was dispatched on 22/03/2024, however it was never scanned at the outbound sorting center.
Our customer service department therefore returned your order on 26/03/2024 with an additional commercial gesture. This return was delivered to you within 48 hours, i.e. on schedule.

An order placed in January and still nothing received to date March 27. Never received any indication of the arrival of my order at the relay point.
After checking your customer account, an email was sent to you on 09/02/2024 to inform you that your package had been returned to us. After 1 week of use, I don't feel any benefit: I used to consume CBD oil from a competitor's brand at 5% in full spectrum, but I bought 321cbd's at 10% and it didn't work on me, which is very surprising, I have a small frame and am very sensitive to any substance.
