Very unhappy because order Wednesday 20/12 and still nothing today. This makes two orders where the deadlines are not respected?
Up to now I've never had any problems, the quantity and above all the quality was good, but my last order of 25 gr was a big rip-off, they put trim in place of the Lemon Haze I'd ordered, it's unbearable, just branches and crumbs... I made a complaint which came to nothing, they obviously don't want to refund me or take back their mediocre product, nor do they want to send me back a good quality product... I don't recommend 321 CBD, it's a scam.
I'd be ashamed to sell this cbd at this price, I don't recommend this site, they're thieves!
I have finally received notification of the delivery of my parcel? with a delay due to the carrier? I know I can count on you for a commercial gesture. I'm still waiting. Not good and not as usual
I bought some gorilla trim and was really disappointed, there are only bits of branches and leaves. I'll have to use it as tea rather than for smoking. I'd buy more. I wouldn't recommend it at all. Answer to your question: as far as I'm concerned, there are no pistils or buds in this blend, just leaves and branches which have no beneficial properties. Smoking thc leaves already doesn't do anything, so cbd leaves are sure to have no beneficial effects... attached is a photo of what I have.

I asked for a commercial gesture, a 10% voucher that can't be combined with other promotions...I place my orders when there's a 40 or 50% discount, so the commercial gesture is useless. I received the wrong product
Delivery of 7 days, twice consecutively without commercial gestures of type point of reductions in spite of fidelity since several years. Special discounts have been reduced. At another site, discounts +, with a bonus offered, trim offered and free delivery, followed and respected... Disappointed, yet satisfied for many years. I don't think I could buy from 321cbd... Hello, usually I buy my cbd in a shop near me and after having fallen on one of your promotions I let myself be tempted for a 1st order, in the program 5g of orange Bud - 5g of critical - 5g of lemon haze and 5g of amnesia Kush. Weight-wise, nothing to complain about, all around 5.5 6g, after opening I noticed that the 4 varieties were quite dark in color, rather dry and very light smelling, I still had some lemon haze & orange Bud from my little shop, a beautiful orange-green color and very fragrant! As for taste and smell, there's nothing to see here either, it's really not terrible, very light taste and no sensation at all, just the opposite of the one from my little shop, I think this will be my 1st and last order... I prefer to pay more in store and have a quality product... Yoann

A regular customer for over 2 years, I've always been satisfied with the quality/price ratio of their products, until I had to contact their customer service department. I used to buy the same variety of flowers, but on my last order I received a poor quality product: relatively airy flowers containing seeds, bad smell and bad taste. I should point out that these characteristics are still common for certain varieties grown outdoors. Except that the variety ordered was supposed to be an indoor one! In my opinion, a mistake was made at the time of ordering, but the customer service department justified itself by citing variations between several batches. In absolute terms, this is absolutely true, and I've already observed this since I've been ordering the same variety for 2 years. Only this time the product is not AT ALL the same, and for the reasons mentioned above I can confirm that it's not a variety grown indoors. In the end, all they offered me was a 10% discount voucher, scant consolation for a former customer who regularly spends good sums with them. [EDIT] I understand that you have a strict policy on complaint deadlines but I think you could have made an exception for a former customer like me who has spent a 4-figure sum with you over the past 2 years. But hey, I should have checked the product on receipt, that'll teach me to trust.
