Hello on November 30 I placed an order that I received on December 3 but it arrived incomplete. First of all on the 10G of orange bud there were only 5.2 g (so I think labelling error) on the 3 crystals CBD there were only 2 and the worst I did not get either the MoonRock 5g for which I ordered from EUX because I am a good customer Famous CBD (on average 200e per month) my sister-in-law advised me 321 CBD and especially had me taste the moonrock two weeks ago and I loved it. Their products have a higher rate than famous cbd that's why I intend to order from them but very disappointed with my first order because even if it was black monday and they were in the rush it does not take anything away the fact of receiving the products ordered and paid on the other hand the TRIM nickel because 20.6 g. . The prices are attractive and the grass is of good quality. However, as I made a mistake in the delivery address, I wanted to change it just 1 minute after placing the order and it was impossible. I left 5 messages with customer service who didn't reply and sent to the wrong address.
Delivery on time, but poor quality, super dry herb, tiny buds, leafy taste in the mouth ... 5g ringo's gift cbd, rather disappointed! I'd recommend weedy, Uweed, or even, if rather expensive, la ferme du cbd, you won't regret your purchase.

Hello everyone, I have placed several orders since the beginning of July without any problems and I am really happy with the quality of the products and the customer service!...until 09-09/20 last order of 30?... no tracking number... no one at customer service because they don't reply! Emails are useless because there's no reply either! It's been 13 days and I've lost hope and confidence in this site ... it's a real shame ... what a waste !!!!
