The lamp unfortunately did not work for my daughter, but I was able to claim the 45-day warranty and the team was very available. Note: at first I couldn't get a response from customer service because my email was in the spam folder, I contacted them on Instagram and everything got resolved very quickly.

I did receive the device in a timely manner and in great shape. I work at a school only for dyslexic students and will try it out on some of my students tomorrow. I am excited to get started with it. It would be helpful to get input as to what to look for and to know when it is helping and when it is not.

The lamp only stays on for a few seconds! So it's unusable!

For the moment, we can't see much difference in my daughter's reading. Over time, she will find it better.

As for the result, I don't have an opinion yet. About the lamp: it's a pity that it's not suitable for reading while sitting in an armchair or in bed (example: clamp).

Bought for my 8-year-old daughter. Within the first few minutes, after the necessary and frankly simple adjustments, her reading became much more fluid. After a week's use, her reading is almost fluid, her writing has become much more legible, and it's all continuing to improve.
