I had to put Teflon on the pipes connecting to the filter! Don't tighten too much with the gasket! Otherwise, it leaked. How do I know it filters all the characteristics of the filter? The water tastes good for now (1 week)

Perfect product, the only problem is the power cable that goes through the bottom of the product, it sometimes comes out slightly which makes it unstable. It needs to be repositioned.

A real favorite! I didn't think it would be possible to give up bottled water one day, but this brand has risen to the challenge with flying colors. The tap water has no unpleasant taste anymore, it is perfectly neutral. Plus, the bottles are true design objects. I recommend it 100%!

Nothing to complain about with the company LAVIE: very good contact, quick responses to any questions the customer may have, fast shipping of the package which, moreover, contained a very well packaged product. On the other hand, zero points for the delivery company GLS which took the liberty of delivering the package to a designated pickup point without our agreement (even though home delivery was planned), and claiming they couldn't contact us by phone when that's false. The company LAVIE should in the future avoid the services of the company GLS which is not serious at all.
