I bought a new battery on the online store. The battery I received within 48 hours turned out to be a defective one that came from a customer service return. I contacted them and followed the return procedure, but I am still waiting for the battery I purchased 18 days ago.

Simplistic or rather non-existent operating instructions, crutch not adapted and I was offered to buy another recognizing that it was not adapted.but nice bike.I will buy the 2nd elsewhere.

I bought a Panamax bike online over a month ago, and to this day it still doesn't work. I've had to send some parts back for the after-sales service to check. It seems to be a battery fault. But to this day, I still haven't received the battery back. I think this bike is really of very good quality and that the defect I'm experiencing is rare, but I find that the brand's support has not been up to scratch and the after-sales service not very responsive. I'm disappointed that a month after my purchase, I still haven't been able to use my bike and haven't received any message or gesture from the sales department.

I’m not really happy about my purchase. I received a bicycle in pieces without any detailed instructions. It was not easy at all to put it together. Second problem came with the battery which is showing « empty », but won’t charge at all. And also I’ve never received an invoice of my purchase so I can’t arrange insurance. When I asked for this by e-mail, I did not get any answer. I love how the bike looks like and also delivery was very fast, but complications with its montage and plus not working battery are disappointing especially for one bike of this price.

Perfect, the footbraces are well adapted to the passenger xc . When you write to the service department, they reply quickly. Right now I'm waiting for a return on a paint varnish because the old cleats that the store had put on were not suitable and damaged the paint. Frankly, the service is top-notch.

The response has been amazing. I bought the bike in January but I'm moving to Spain in July so I was trying to see if my friends would keep it for me but Voltaway said they would hold it and ship it in July. Couldn't have asked for better response!
