Order received a bit late, but it was due to the snow episode! Cubicool very well packaged, delighted with the product which was a gift, the tripod was missing, I contacted Cubicool who quickly sent me a new one. Still very happy with this brand and the brand representatives, true to my memory from a few years ago at the Paris fair: generous people who care about their customers. In short, I recommend without hesitation!

DELIVERY RECEIVED QUICKLY. A DETAIL ON THE PACKAGING OF THE 3 CUBICOOL, A BOX WOULD HAVE BETTER PROTECTED THE CARDBOARD POCKET CALLED GIFT BOX. IT SUFFERS A LITTLE DURING TRANSPORT.

Book on time and the product seems to be of good quality, only one zipper pull with a rubber from the brand was broken but does not prevent use

My wife spotted this on FaceBook and mentioned it to me. I thought it would make a nice surprise gift for her. I had some difficulties ordering but Christoffe one of the owners was very friendly and helpful and had me sorted out quickly. The parcel arrived to today. It is well made and my wife is delighted with it. As well as the inner that comes for filing it looks as though we can put the pouches out of wine cartons in it too. We frequently have friends on picnics and this will e a great help. We are both lookking forward to "christening" it. Thank you, CubiCool - a great idea!!

Sitôt commanded, sitôt dispatched, well done for your responsiveness. The only downside was the delivery; the package was dropped off at another relay 15 km away, not at all served by public transport. Too bad, Chronopost is not efficient in certain regions.
