I confirm that the order matches my order. However, the automatic pumps are a disaster. It is better to deliver the bracelets with standard pumps that are much more durable. I actually removed the pumps you delivered with the bracelet and installed standard pumps, and I was finally able to install the bracelet on my watch…

I emailed Abp since I received my order but 2 spring clips were bent and the band did not come with the spring to hook band to deployment claps it came with. Awaiting a response still hoping it can be corrected since I have ordered about 5 straps for my watches from abp over the years with no issues.

Fairly average off the shelf strap and clasp. Not worth the premium buying from here.Similar ones can be got much cheaper from well known online stores. I suspect their custom stuff is very good but this was average. Delivery was quick but expensive.

It’s ridiculous that I have to pay so much to shop a watch strap to Canada. The strap arrive very quickly (a few days); however, I don’t need it to arrive that quickly. Use a standard envelope & stamp and let it arrived in two weeks. Free shipping over €300 is also not ideal. Please work on the shipping costs / otherwise you have lost me as a customer.

I purchased the Rolex Pepsi and Rolex Batman matching bracelets to match my watches. The shipping was fast and easy. However, the bracelets are very, but what i mean very small. These things are tiny. I have a 6.5 inch wrist and they still looked small. All the bracelets look nice but just beware they are tiny.

The strap is of decent quality but arrived in a plastic sleeve with absolutely no instructions for how to install it on the watch (which included cutting the strap). There LOTS of rubber straps available online and this one did not seem to be very good value for the cost.

Clearly this is no longer the workshop I once knew.the saleswoman got bogged down in her own jargon to make me a bracelet that doesn't give me satisfaction and doesn't resemble the one that could suit my watch.customer satisfaction is not one of this boutique's concerns.I strongly advise against it.

Hello, very fast delivery! But the white rubber strap, after rubbing against a blue suit, has become impregnated and after various attempts to clean it does not come back completely white !!!! I have ordered the leather strap with the correct measurements. The strap came back smaller than it supposed to be imo. It's well made but it's a bit small for me.

If you don't want to deal with disappointment and frustration due to an undelivered item that was marked as delivered, and receive no assistance from this watch company, it's best to avoid making any purchases from them. The customer service is unsatisfactory, and I suspect discriminatory behavior, especially towards foreign individuals. My strap never arrived, complained the next day because I thought I would find it in a safe spot or my neighbors but nothing was found.

For those looking for appearance over quality, you've come to the right site. After 2 months' use on a high-end watch, the leather ran off, and after-sales service offered to send the bracelet back so they could glue it back on, but this is like putting a patch on a wooden leg.

they sent the order after 2 months even if stated it was in stock. they never responded to my inquires regarding the delay.I have received a strap for Panerai, but I ordered for Breitling, and even if it fits at lugs, it does not fit for the buckle. I have contacted them for exchange, but never resoonded so I am stuck with a 250 euro starp that I cannot use

Quality leather strap only downside is the poor quality folding clasp, which is really not up to standard !!!!I highly recommend ABP despite the black spot on the folding clasp.
